Project Description
Back in the college years, God rocked our hearts for cross cultural ministry in a life-changing way. Since those early days, we’ve pursued, both near and far, God’s heart for all peoples. From living and serving in the Rwandan rain forest, to starting a US non-profit to fight food insecurity, to serving as Missions and Outreach Pastors at our home church. Our passion to love and serve has always guided our steps.
Now, we step into a new and exciting opportunity with Alongsiders International and will be based in Nairobi, Kenya. There, we’ll join an awesome team of world changers to help spread a youth-discipleship movement across the continent of Africa. At the core, we will work to equip compassionate young Christians in poor nations to relationally walk alongside those who walk alone: to love, welcome and encourage the most vulnerable children and orphans, in their own communities.
We have three awesome sidekicks, Adah, Esther, and Ezra who keep life full of surprises, laughter, and excitement. We are choosing to fill our lives with adventure, not things and have stories to tell, not stuff to show.
