Project Description
José and Joann Carrillo along with their children, Louisa, Giovanni and Hanna, serve the Lord in Querétaro, México since 2015. Even before they were married, serving the Lord full time in another country was their calling. After graduating from Moody Bible Institute, José continued serving with New Life Community Church based in Chicago, Illinois. New Life Community Church began a church plant—Iglesia Comunidad Nueva Vida—in San Jose el Alto, Querétaro, México. After moving to Querétaro, the Carrillos became a part of Iglesia Comunidad Nueva Vida in mentorship, leadership, and pastoring roles.
In December 2023, after more than 20 years of prayer, Jesed Nueva Vida, IAP children`s home, was founded by José and Joann Carrillo. The mission of Jesed is to rescue children and restore families. José and Joann serve as the directors of the children`s home. They are hands-on, caring for at risk children and working closely with families for restoration.
