Project Description

Tim & Caroline Bailey

Romania

Tim and Caroline Bailey are missionaries from the United States, living and working in Romania. They have 4 beautiful children- two of which are biological and two are in foster care moving through the system towards adoption. They have been working in full-time ministry since 2008, with most of their time being in cross-cultural missions with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), leading teams, training individuals and working with “at-risk youth.”  For the last nine years, they have been living in Romania working directly with orphaned and abandoned children and the families and NGO’s that care for them.

They are a part of the YWAM Central European Member Care Team and Romania Without Orphans. They are trauma trainers, debriefers, Caroline is a TBRI Practitioner and Tim is a Life Coach. They provide training and support to foster/adoptive parents and member care services and training to Christian workers in Central and Eastern Europe. They also facilitate individual and team refreshment retreats.
